Gold, Max damage, req 8, with the mods it has maxed out, including the inherent. (Some people seem to think the inherent has to be a 15^50 to be "perfect") A perfect sundering longsword of fortitude 15^50 would mean it's a gold longsword req 8 with 20/20 sundering, +30 health, and +15%damage when over 50% health. (Or, in my mind, 15/stance, 20 under 50, etc.)

People say "Perfect" if its merely has a max Damage modifer.
so "perfect" has just come to mean that its damage modifer is perfect (15^50, 15stance, etc). |

IMPO - MAX = MAX DAMAGE
PERFECT = WHATEVER MODS IT HAS ON IT ARE ALL PERFECT Max relates to damage, perfect relates to mods. |

If 20/20 means the weapon is 'perfect', then the word has no meaning left to me.
